Our Home Rules

We’re so glad you’re staying! To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these house rules:

• Keep gatherings minimal, and quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
• No smoking inside—designated outdoor areas only and purposeful in disposing of cigarette butts to prevent possibility of fires.
• Any guests are your responsibility, along with any damage caused by them. 
• No pets at all, please! We take this seriously because our daughter is highly allergic to cats and dogs.
• Clean up—wash dishes, remove food or anything that might attract critters, and dispose of trash in bins.
• Be energy-conscious—turn off fans, and lights when not in use.
• Treat our home with respect—any damage beyond deposit may be charged.
• If you must move furniture around return it where you found it.
• Fires are allowed if fire department says its okay to burn but you must have a fire permit. It is easy to get one online and the website.
• No illegal activities allowed on the property.
